Kesenjangan Epistemologis dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk Pengelolaan Kelapa Sawit Berkelanjutan: Sebuah Tinjauan

Penelitian ini melakukan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap 22 artikel untuk menganalisis pengaruh paradigma epistemologis terhadap desain dan keterbatasan Decision Support Systems (DSS) dalam pengelolaan kelapa sawit berkelanjutan. Kajian menggunakan protokol PRISMA untuk memastikan proses identifikasi, seleksi, dan sintesis literatur berlangsung sistematis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan DSS masih didominasi pendekatan teknokratis dan positivistik yang berfokus pada data teknis, statistik, machine learning, dan ontologi. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan pengetahuan sosial, budaya, dan lokal petani belum terintegrasi secara optimal. Tiga epistemological gaps ditemukan, yaitu keterbatasan representasi pengetahuan, epistemic blindness akibat ketergantungan pada data formal, serta kesenjangan konteks antara model DSS dan realitas petani kecil Indonesia. Penelitian merumuskan lima arah riset, termasuk pengembangan Epistemology-Aware DSS, integrasi pengetahuan lokal, dan pemanfaatan data sosial-ekologis untuk meningkatkan relevansi konteks.
